Greens has rapidly expanded and further solidified its competitive advantages such as boiler production and waste heat power generation in China, the world’s manufacturing base and a huge market for consumers.

In 2003, Greens established Shanghai Greens Thermal Equipment Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. The company has 5 manufacturing workshops with a total floor area of 15,000 square metres and principally manufactures economisers and boiler components.  Its manufacturing base set up in January 2003, has been accredited Manufacture Licenses of Special Equipment People Republic of China：Class A boiler components, ISO 9001:2000, ASME S Stamp, ASME NB mark, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 12952-5.

At the end of 2006, to accelerate operations in China, Greens established Greens Power Equipment (China) Co., Ltd. in Jingjiang of Jiangsu Province. The company has built 2 large manufacturing bases with 100,000square metres manufacturing workshops and a total floor area of 170,000 square metres used for the design and manufacture of power station boilers, marine boilers, HRSG, waste heat boilers, exhaust boilers, petrochemical vessels, power station auxiliary equipments, as well as providing technical support and services aimed at meeting the ever-growing international demand for boiler products and increasing technical standards for boilers around the world. The manufacturing bases are accredited Manufacture Licenses of Special Equipment People Republic of China：Class A boiler and A1 & A2 Pressure Vessel, ASME S&U Stamps, ASME NB mark, ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS18001 certificates and approved to EN 12952-5 & EN ISO 3834-2, as well as approved by the world major marine classification societies.

In addition, in the vessel repairs and services field, Greens has also established Shanghai Greens Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. in Shanghai provides repair, testing and adjustment services for all kinds of marine boilers for exhaust gas, auxiliary, composite and main propulsion boilers .

At the same time, to further promote the development of the electricity industry in the PRC and extend the commercial operations, the company has used designers and suppliers of modern equipment to develop itself into an owner of independently operated electrical power stations combining power projects and waste heat recovery. Since 2007, Greens Group invested Baicheng Greens waste heat power generation project about RMB 130,500,000 in Xinjiang which utilise thermal energy produced during the coking production process to generate electricity from International Mei Jiao Hua Co., Ltd., thereby maximising the overall energy efficiency of the coking production process, enabling improvement in coke quality, and at the same time, effectively reducing environmental pollution and delivering striking economic and environmental benefits.  Greens continues to maintain a focus on the Chinese waste heat recovery power generation field, to establish project operating models and solutions, and to maintain its search for commercial opportunities in the energy saving, emission reduction, and power generation fields.

Wind power generation is one of the most important areas of renewable energy development in China. Greens established Tongliao Greens Wind Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. focuses on manufacturing Wind Turbine Tower and related equipmentsin in Tongliao within Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China in 2009 .The company has a total area of 135,880 square metres factory and a 28,800 square metres two-storey workshop.The company has modern production facilities and strong technological development capabilities enabling it to develop wind power generation turbine and flange processing technology that meet modern domestic standards, thereby satisfying the demand for turbines in the Tongliao wind power market, cutting production costs, and reducing transport costs.  This project is now up and running.
