| Tongliao Greens Wind Power Equipment project |
¨ In 2009, Greens Holding Ltd. successfully developed the world leading processing technology of wind turbine tower relied on its advanced production equipments and sophisticated technology developing ability.
In order to meet the Tongliao’s local market demands of wind turbine tower and reduce the production and transportation costs, GHL has invested and established the TLGL in Tongliao within Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China with the registered capital of RMB 60 million. The project was started in August 2009 with a total area 135,880 m2 factory and a 28,000 m2 two-storey workshop. It will offer an annual production capacity of 300 wind turbine towers of 1.5MW wind turbine generators that will be enhanced to 600 according to the market demands.

| Coking waste heat power generation project |
¨ In 2007, the Greens Group commenced a feasibility study into a coking waste heat power generation project in Baicheng County for Xinjiang International Mei Jiao Hua Co., Ltd. involving an investment of 130.5 million RMB.
Using heat energy produced in the coking process maximises the energy efficiency of the coke production process. It can improve the quality of coke, in addition to effectively reducing environmental pollution and delivering significant economic and environmental benefits.
